What we would especially like to hear

• Corrections and data errors. A wattage that looks wrong, a price that is out of date, a formula that does not add up, a broken page. These jump the queue — we would rather fix a number than publish a new page.
• Measured figures. If you have metered an appliance with a plug-in energy monitor and your reading differs from ours, tell us what you measured and how. Real measurements are the most useful thing anyone can send us.
• Appliances we are missing. If something in your home is not covered and you would like a running-cost page for it, say so — requests shape what we add next.
• Country and tariff data. If the typical price we show for your country or your retailer no longer matches reality, send us the source and we will update it.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent reference site, not an energy adviser, an installer or a supplier. So we cannot:

• Diagnose a specific bill or dispute it with your supplier;
• Tell you which tariff or company to switch to;
• Quote for a solar installation, a heat pump or any equipment;
• Provide electrical advice — anything involving wiring or an appliance fault is a job for a qualified electrician.

For anything in that list, your supplier or a certified local professional is the right call.
